For those living with syncope in the US and the UK.

We are working with Duke Clinical Research Institute, North Carolina, USA as they undertaking a research project to better understand what is most important to people living with and experiencing frequent episodes of loss of consciousness (syncope/fainting) due to vasovagal syncope (VVS) (also called neurocardiogenic syncope (NCS))

To complete the survey, and if you consent to us sharing your information with Duke Clinical Research Institute, North Carolina, USA for the purposes of this study, please visit: surveymonkey.com/r/GCHFHMS
