Rash, itching, tired and breathless

Hello

Husband has had heart failure for two years now. He has developed an itchy rash and seems more tired that usual. While on holiday his lip swelled up and took a few days to go down. He has just been told he also has chronic kidney disease.

Is the rash and lips with feeling more tired and breathless likely to be a reaction to his medications or a sign he needs them changed up? As ever getting a GP appointment is impossible so just trying to see what I am up against as his attitude is very much I am going to die just get it over with.

Thank you

Good morning,

Thank you for your post on the Heart Failure support group, if you are unable to see a GP could you see a pharmacist to give you some advice about the rash and swelling on your husbands lips.

I have downloaded our booklet 'Living with Heart Failure'

api.heartrhythmalliance.org...

If you would like any further advice please contact us on +44 1789 867501 or email us at info@aa-international.org

Kind regards
