Hi,I've no idea if I'm suppost to ask this or not.

I have a parent who has now moved to stage 4 heart failure, although slowing coming to terms with this, I have 2 young daughters and with 1 being 6 and spends alot of time with this person and with them now having more not so good days I want to try and teach her what to look out for and how to help but ive no idea where to start with her being so young, would anyone have any ideas of how to explain how she can help if she sees any signs of potential issues.

Thank you

Hi personally I think you should speak to a professional, the BHF nurses can direct you. I think she’s very young so maybe they can tell you the correct way you can help her to deal with this situation.

All the best Dee
