Heart failure explanation.

Heart failure is an umbrella term for any problems with the heart not pumping properly. I would be hard pressed to explain it further as the reasons are many. Mine is because the left-sided part of my heart is slightly stiff due to years of high blood pressure. This is common and more pronounced as you age. There is a pilot study being carried out at Leicester University to assess if Indapamide can help as people with stiff hearts have high levels of FGF23. I shall follow this as except for this effect I have no other structural heart problems only electrical AF.
