Psychiatrist appointment.

I have got an appointment with a psychiatrist on the 24th of march. I have got my journal with my side of the story, not all the lies and everything else my family has said about me.

I will keep you posted how I get on. X

Hi Poulson

I hope your psychiatrist appointment goes well and that you can get any support you need for the trauma you've experienced. You have so much going on at the moment with the court case etc, I hope that you can get all the support you need to manage during this time.

Take care,

Ellie
