APP are taking part in a research study that is researching the experiences of women from Black Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds who have experienced postpartum psychosis.
The study would involve meeting with a researcher for a semi-structured interview for approximately 1 hour. You will be asked about your experience of postpartum psychosis, and particularly your experience of accessing care.
You would need to be living in the UK to take part.
Please do contact me (details below) if you would like to take part.
Also, if you are interested in getting involved in APP in other ways - e.g. as a peer supporter, supporting other women who have experienced pp, or interested in sharing your story with the media, including anonymously, we'd love to hear from you.

Hello Ellie, I would love to take part or be supportive in any shape or form. I am black British born and suffered from PP back in 2014 after I had my princess x
Hi all, I want to say a huge thanks for everyone who has taken part in this research study so far. We are still looking for more participants, so please do get in touch if you feel able to take part and you meet the criteria. It's so important for us to hear people's experiences, and understand more about what support is needed.
The research does not take long, just filling out a questionnaire, and a meeting with a researcher.
