Antenatal care

Hi guys

I am asking on behalf of a friend. What was the order of things. We're you looked after by Gp and midwife. Did you automatically get referred to a perinatal service.

Did they appreciate how you had wanted a baby.

Overall what was the experience?

V good experiences, hsd my team plus perinatal consultant plus midwife. Good care plan essential. Medication usually important after baby and rest

I was automatically referred. If your friend isnt she could ask. Perhaps its for more high risk cases? An epidural was planned for me as pain a trigger. Helped a lot. But it depends person to person and case by case

Not what you're looking for?
