Hi people I've been in town with my daughter and all of a sudden my legs felt red hot and weak I was sweating like mad has anyone else

Yes but not my legs my arms go red hot like my blood is boiling and I get clammy and very weak

It's adrenaline pumping for no reason, when I'm at work and a patient takes a drastic turn for the worst my adrenaline kicks in but it's completely different that kind of adrenaline is needed for you to cope in extreme circumstances the anxiety or panic adrenaline just decides you need to fight or flight for no reason and your body is in no circumstance for it so you feel it in a different way like hot flashes and weakness trembling things like that x
