My anixery started 16 cope ok till last 2 years now feel losing my mind cry bad head pain face funny feelings dizziness ....
But I've had SA GAD Agoraphobia and so much more since I was a baby. Only exhaserbated by trauma and everything else. I'm tired and I want to get off this ride.
First panic attack aged 20 but not diagnosed until about 23?
Suffered from childhood....did not admit to doctor true feelings till mid 40's
Does having a nervous breakdown constitute a diagnosis for anxiety?

yes -gos back to be forced down by 2 teacher at school there did not have time for my mother come with be just age 6 back in 1965
That's terrible happyjackandjoan, must have traumatized you and put you in a state of shock, and you may have suffered from post traumatic disorder from that time.

I was officially diagnosed at the age of 21 but had struggled with it sinceci think around 9/10 years old once I became more and more aware things wernt right at home.
I was 42 when my mum was diagnosed with cancer. I still have them every now and then, just feel so helpless and dread another big episode.
My partner has panic attacks a lot, due to intense fear of death. I didn't even know that I have had panic attacks until this year because I was looking at symptoms. Now I panic about having them.
I can't be in a room with people I don't know that well. Staff training at work is he'll, I keep having to make an excuse and leave.

Got home last started breath when i got to the door went inside to find my partner wasn't home and went into full O.T.T panic mode calling around to the hospitals and the police trying to find her. I feel like im slowly losing my mind.

my good friend no it just ones a year to see my pill are working so but just this last time it was don 3 times I faint but a happy man for now

Never diagnosed, but I've been checked out and given the all clear in the medical department. I know it's anxiety because I've been anxious for four years.mit fits into the criteria.
Anxiety appeared suddenly for me, just a few days after taking Cipro. It's still terrifying after almost a year. Please, please don't take this drug.

Hi Michael, in those days there way of treating special needs must have been terrible. I'm very sorry to hear of your experiences, you must have been frightened every day. Not surprising that you are an anxious person now. I didn't enjoy school, had some bad experiences, but also my had 2 bullying brothers, and parents worked 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.
