Hi,

These are just the tip of the iceberg for many sufferers. What is the reason for this poll Simone?

Kind regards

Hi, my husband and I are celebrating 50 years of marriage in March of this year and I would love to celebrate with family and friends but the very thought of organising a party has left me worried and almost incapable of functioning.

I always feel as though I am drowning when the attention is on me!! I feel so ashamed and embarrassed.

I have always had social phobia but this feels a big deal because of the occasion.

Sorry to be a wuzz folks, I thought I would just get it off my chest.

Heh there Phyllis, as we are now in March I wondered how you are feeling about your 50 years of marriage celebration, and I also wanted to say 'many congratulations', I hope you have managed to overcome your fears of a party or get together with your friends and family, because it is such an achievement for you and your husband, and you are obviously so loved by the people around you.

Very best wishes to you.

X

jasperram, I have had sharp chest pains that had nothing to do with my heart(was extensively tested). I believe I was worrying about something at the time, and that was the reason for my chest pain. It doesn't necessarily mean yours is from anxiety, but could be. Always smart th have your heart checked out first. ,from lynda-63-15
