Does anyone actually get a sizzling sensation in the head it's like a bacon sound strange doesn't hurt happens now and again lol. I have health anxiety severe had a full blood count done and ecg all come bk normal

You may find this may answer your question. I’ve had this also. Headache, Migraine etc...can also cause this sensation. A change in blood flow. I always say to check with your G.P if you are concerned. But this may help. Hope so? Take care.

2. Anxiety or stress

When a person feels anxious or is under a lot of stress, they may feel a tingling sensation in their head.

Stress triggers the release of norepinephrine and other hormones. These are responsible for directing blood flow to the areas of the body that need it most.

As a result, extra blood is sent to the head, which may cause a person to feel a sensation of tingling.

It's strange very strange I've had anxiety 12 years and it went for a few years a youst to get it bk then tbh. Am not concerned tbh am more concerned that a feel absolutely shit all the time like Ive been on a bender for weeks

Not a good feeling. Permanent hangover! My advice for what it’s worth, is have a chat with your doctor. I know that if I’ve been stressed or had a headache or migraine then I get the ‘Buzzing’ sensation. Also a while ago when I had a panic attack I got that sensation. I think stress levels rise, blood pressure goes up and blood rushes. That’s the buzzing, sizzling sensation.

Doc will only recommend meds a don't want them am with a cbt therapist atm just starting on Tuesday. And ano been like this 9 month it's awful
