My doctor has stated that anxiety &

I would like you to include a section on how "Restorative Medicine" or "Functional Medicine" provides a better result that treating with standard BigPharma drugs. The philosophy here being that if you normalize the patient's nutritional levels (including eating pattern change), diagnose and correct chronic conditions like autoimmunity and inflammation, and correct hormone levels, the patient will have fewer drug side-effects and be able to function with less medical care and fewer drugs overall.
How to deal with anxiety and the mental/emotional effects of triggers when traditional methods (such as breathing and thought redirection) don't help would be appreciated as well.
I would like more information about:
- how to manage IBS anxiety-related
- how to get support from friends without being stigmatized
- how to have a social support network when we are housebound

Have you done anything on the link of clutter to anxiety and depression or how to overcome procrastination when living with anxiety and depression? I have always been a “messy” person.
