Over the last 2 weeks, have you been bothered by any of the following problems?

Holidays are always the worst. There are too many people visiting and about. traffic doubles and accidents triple. Even staying at home represents hardship in the sense of having to be available to people at whatever time they decide to visit. It is hard to get up in the morning; to go to work with the thought of having to mingle; to go back home expecting unexpected visits; to go to sleep with all the worries lingering in my mind. Holidays are always the worst.
Holidays are the wort time for me as well Can't sleep can't get up in the morning Worrying about everything I feel very agitated sweats coming over me then I go cold. Got a Wonderfull family Going to see a aTherapist tomorrow for CBT
Having the lack of money and being abused by a friend had to get DVO order we are sharing accommodation because rents are very expensive in Qld and makes it very hard to afford rents $360 per week rent. Ggggrrrrr 🤗😇😭
