Further to my post about being changed from Warfarin to Edoxaban. Since starting it I have put on rather a lot of weight and my clothes don't fit anymore and am beginning to feel really down. I've never had a weight problem before. Is it coincidence due to being inactive or can it be the cause? If it could be I may try going back on Warfarin to see if it makes any difference.
Thanks.

Most likely coincidence due to being inactive - many people are reporting weight gain due to lockdown ("my trouser buttons are socially distancing!").... If you can take exercise, even if only a short walk every other day, then do so - it really does help.
I know what you mean, but I find it so hard to exercise at the moment with one thing or another. At the moment I can hardly walk ten yards.probably let myself go a bit.The best thing for me that I've found is swimming, but as you know all the pools are closed. I will try to push myself and see how it goes.
I think pools are beginning to reopen now, but perhaps not where you live? I know, walking is horribly hard - before I had Covid-19 I was trying to do 5k steps about 3 times a week, which was fine, but if I did significantly more, I paid for it. Last Thursday I was out with the family and did 8k steps and haven't been able to do very much since! Will try to go out for a bit tomorrow - I've some errands, which always helps.
