Welcome to the community. So our helpful members can respond, can you describe the physical problems you mention in a bit of detail?
His bladder has quit functioning properly. He has had two open heart surgeries and just recently receiving a new pacemaker, seems to be improving in the "heart" area.
Incontinence (loss of bladder control) can occur with dementia, however there are many other possible reasons. Check with his doctor on likely causes.
