Go to your GP and ask to be referred for tests, I thought I was in the early stages so I went to my GP and got referred, l got tested and I have a condition called mild cognitive memory impairment, a percentage of people diagnosed with this do go on to develop dementia/ Alzheimer's but I stay positive. Sending positive vibes and wish for a positive outcome for you.
