Fanta Natural

Ingredientes:

½ litro de água;

2 cenouras grandes;

1 limão com casca ou 1 laranja com a casca e sem a semente.

Modo de preparo:

Liquidificar a água com as cenouras. Coar e reservar o resíduo para usar no arroz, na farofa, etc. Liquidificar de novo e acrescentar um limão com casca ou uma laranja com a casca e sem a semente.
