Ahhhh woke up this morning with more pain than i had yesterday, my back, shoulders and both arms ahhh 😢💜

Hi .I really feel for you. I've got pain all over 24/7 and does get me down sometimes. I think it would get anyone down.

Only time i dnt have pain is when am asleep, but my shoulder feels lyk ive been kicked its soren keeps twitching

My doc is useless I get more help frm pain management there due to ring me on the 10th September

Doc keeps messing with my meds i was on amitriptyline but now am on naproxin and zapain aswell but only 1 zapain a day, nothing seems to work during the day

Has anyone who has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia found that taking prednisolone or hydrocortisone has taken the pain away?

If the pain does go, does this mean that it wasn't fibromyalgia, and possibly some other condition?
