If you want to feel more awake & get some thing done drink proper coffee. But only in the morning. Eat a nutritious breakfast.

Generally we should drink mostly water, first thing in morning, last drink of the day and before & after meals.

Drink only decaf tea & decaf coffee ( apart from above)

Until you are fully medically investigated, you won't know if you have any nutrients deficiency that requires treatment so shouldn't take any supplements. Meanwhile eat highly nutritious foods (fresh not processed when possible).

Early nights & rising early helps. No phones or computers the last hour before bedtime.

I always feel worse starting my day later after a later than usual night. Even if you just relax, sit down and read in a comfy chair when you rise early.

Hi Bexxsy, nice to meet you and welcome to the group:)

CFS is the pits isn't it. If you have persistent fatigue may I suggest when it's possible that you have a word with your GP. If you don't have a diagnoses for your tiredness it would be best to get it checked out.

Please don't blame fatigue exclusively on sleep.

Change the way you think about fatigue. Sometimes I think we have to retrain our brain in how we think about things. Life right now is causing tiredness and lack of energy due to boredom IMO

Try and increase your level of physical activity. It helps me.

Watch what you eat. Some foods can actually make us feel more fatigued. There's plenty info about this just Google it :)

Reducing caffeine I find helps me especially before bedtime.

If you don't do so already why not try drinking more water. Dehydration can cause fatigue I believe.

The biggest fatigue killer for everyone in my personal opinion is Stress. Managing stress can do so much for our overall health.

I hope you have a nice day xx
