Just wondered if anyone has this? It’s like your veins make an indented groove mostly on elevation

I get this with added heat which makes it painful...it’s usually my sign to stop whatever I’m doing and rest.

Yes, it happens and is basically gravity. it is an old First Aid trick in the case of bleeding, to raise the affected part higher than the heart to slow blood loss. When a patient's blood pressure falls drastically, such as in a fainting episode, the remedy is to raise the feet to help the blood flow back towards the vital organs. There are many more instances i could quote, but I think two is enough.

Do you mean the veins are more visible on elevation? Please explain further and why you find this worrying.....
