The last couple of days been getting up and having a funny head with dizziness.. Is this normal with fibro?

I feel dizzy a lot , and have been that weak and wobbly on feet all weekend.

Yes it is normal for us, have nearly fallen over a few times don't know how I didn't lol, it is worrying sometimes when at work or in the street, it's the damage when you hit the ground, last time I did shattered my wrist, not from feeling faint I might add.

Best to just stop for a minute or to and it should go.

Thank you for getting back to me, didn't know you could feel faint even when you are sitting down. Has happened a few times at work, the poor children always ask if I am ok.
