New pain in my hands. Feels like their cramping. I need my hands for work. Any ideas to relive this?

I'm struggling quite a lot at the moment with my hands and wrists (the wrist pain isn't new) its my right hand especially which I use at work to type and don't know how to relieve the pain enough to get on with work

Hi Kim,

Some people use Epsom salts in the bath and say it helps their pain. I suppose you cold try hot water soak in the morning before you go to work and see a) if it helps and b) how long for. If necessary I suppose you could take some to work and soak them at lunchtime although may look dodgy !

I also get cramp in my hands mainly after doing something with first finger and thumb at work gets so bad you drop anything your holding x

I had a new area of cramp the other day :( in my arm! My god did that hurt it was a good job I was not holding anything would of dropped it for sure. Hurt more than my legs.
