Normally I love the heat but this year has anyone else found it is exhausting & are you experiencing more fatigue?

Hi M – only just noticed this, now the weather is Fresher! With ME the heat definitely increases fatigue, though I have found it easier to cope with this heatwave than the last one we had some time ago... It definitely seems to depend how you are generally, how much it affects you, And I am having a better phase. It's good to feel cooler though now...

don't know how i managed to get through this summer, so glad it's over. the heat was awful i spent most of it stuck indoors trying to escape. i felt really tired all the time and extremely grumpy lol
