What are your experiences of Graded Exercise Therapy (GET) ? Did it help your condition, after your pain was controlled & symptoms reduced?

when I feel a bit better I forget or will not stop to think of graded exercise!

We've all been there , when you feel good you can really feel able and happy to do lots more and then suddenly hit a brick wall ! The push and crash cycle ....

Sometimes though although you know the inevitable fatigue will come, you need to keep pushing just to get a psychology lift out of the down days.

Obviously though the main advice is try to do little gentle exercise the same each day until you can do more and feel able to increase your exercise tolerance slowly - It seems to work better (if able) with people living with Fibromyalgia more than ME if symptoms are relatively under control reports say. hence poll.
