Hello folks, Happy New Year!
Just as per the title. It would be useful to find a helpline that I could phone to ask questions. Does such a thing exist?
Thanks - Emma

AFA have a helpline which I have found incredibly helpful but don’t think they are cardiac nurses?
BHF have cardiac nurses and if you have health insurance they normally have specialist nurses you can call.
Unfortunately not all cardiac nurses are familiar with arrythmia treatments.
Most commonly asked questions are catered for on the website and lots of videos with Q&A sessions.
Tel helpline no is on

Thank you very much for your detailed reply. No health insurance, so I'll try the helpline you suggested.
No health insurance
Are you in the US ? If so, are you eligible for Medicare or Medicaid ? If another country besides UK which has NIH, are there government programs available ?
Understand you concern about questions, but very difficult to get concise answers if you have not been examined.
Hi
Try your Heart Foundation. I used our NZ Heart Foundation. She was the best.
