Hi

Are you on STATINS?

Also BB Beta Blockers can cause aches and pains.

A lazy walk everyday does loosen you up. Even getting up and down from a chair.

I would think that if the AF reduces blood flow, it can cause various symptoms, but it's a question for your GP, I would say. I certainly get some odd symptoms and my heart special said it likely was the reduced blood flow when the heart is acting up.

I get aching legs because I have a worn out hip and a problem with my lower spine which makes it difficult and tiring to walk. So I guess the problems could be intertwined.

Once I took the grains out of my diet the inflammation that causes those aches went away. Read Wheat Belly books. I recommend Wheat Belly total health. by Dr. William Davis.
