Thank you to those who recently participated in a survey to help in a discussion on quality of life for people living with AF last month.

We had an overwhelming response – thank you to all those who completed the survey.

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue the survey did not capture names and email addresses of those interested and willing to participate in a face-to-face or virtual meeting.

Could we please ask those interested to complete the survey – sincere apologies for this duplication, however, without contact details we are unable to follow up with you on this important piece of research.

Hi Tracey, please would you provide a little more information.

Who is running the research? What is the main purpose of the research? There is no research description or participants’ consent form. Why?

I assume the open question is the last question yet there are no questions on quality of life. As we know AF takes different forms, has different effects from asymptomatic to degrees of incapacity. Or is the open question not the end, if so ignore this para but above remain relevant. Thanks very much.

Thank you for your patience and interest in the survey. We are currently undertaking the survey to see how interested people may be in this research, and the survey has not received any funding from external sources.

Hope this addresses any concerns you may have. If this develops into a full research project then all necessary paperwork will be provided.
