Yes several times, a couple by mistake but mostly for planned medical procedures.

Yes I've occasionally forgotten to take my apixaban and I've had no problems.

If you care to look in Pinned Posts (view all) there is one I put up a few years ago "what to do if you miss a dose of anticoagualnts" or smething similar. I listed all common drugs. It is not far down the list!

It actually came from a publication for Thrombosis UK for whom I did some proof reading.

I miss one occasionally. When you’re a person of advanced years a minor break in your routine can be off-putting and cause you to forget. I have been assured that it’s not significant unless it occurs frequently.
