I've had AF for 16 years. Started with 2/3 1/2 hour episodes yearly then increased to longer episodes. I had covid last November and have been in AF since the. I can't feel anything with it. Dont have to carry pilling pocket and wait for horrendous episodes to start. The downside is I just can't walk uphill uch.

Have you been to see an EP or Cardiologist and had a check up? Perhaps you need a medication review or more treatment. I wouldn’t let it deteriorate any further without proper supervision. Take care of yourself.
