I use resveratrol & I take Apixaban and have no noticeable interactions but I don’t take every day. You might also look at Ashwaganda - I steer clear because I take immune suppressants and may interact with some other drugs. Check on drugs.com or your pharmacist. I’ve used as a tea and it’s been ok.
Curcumin is the active part of turmeric and it can affect blood coagulation, which would be on top of that provided by the DOAC. That would worry me as we can never know what is happening inside our bodies, especially since the alimentary tract (throat, stomach, etc) is noted for natural occasional ulceration and similar.
Yes good to be cautious. Have you considered Arnica homeopathic pills. Also L-Glutamine is said to be anti inflammatory - my cardio thought it would be fine for me - but we're all very different, different conditions, triggers and different meds (I'm not on Xarelto) so it's good to check with doctor, cardio and chemist.
