I am currently being investigated for heart failure. My bnp test result has just come back as 8pg/ml. It says ‘normal’ but looking online this seems very low? I’m on a beta blocker but only a low dose

Best to ask your doctor. From reading, can be different reasons depending on individual.
I could only find this. Apparently a small percentage of HF patients have low BNP figures. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...
