Good day everyone. Im 46 male and have paroxysmal AFib, that is Vagal induced, with about 2 episodes per month that last anywhere between 10 minutes- 2 hours.
I’m really thinking about starting testosterone replacement therapy injections, due to low levels and having lots of low level symptoms.
I’m trying to see if any members here have been on testosterone replacement therapy and have you seen any changes in AFib episodes?

I did read a study suggesting supplementing low T levels could help afib, so I asked me ep if he had any issue with me taking it. I never went ahead, but the ep had no issues with me taking it.
I looked into testosterone some years ago (as part of the many Lifestyle changes I considered) and my conclusion was there were too high a risk of side effects. Suggest you do good homework first and talk to an experienced Alternative Practitioner.
One of my family members has low testosterone and ectopics as part of long covid symptoms. Both started at same time. The testosterone treatment doesn't seem to have affected the ectopics positively or negatively. They are every other beat at times and cardiologist not concerned. Review in 2 years. Don't know if this offers anything. I'd be interested in any results you encounter though.
Whilst not mentioning Afib, Mark Lewis on YouTube has recently posted a very illuminating, considered - and mildly entertaining - piece on therapeutic testosterone therapy that you might find useful
