Thanks everyone

Thank you everyone for supporting me. I feel less stressed now because my husband has had his procedure and it was far less of a problem than he had feared. Brought him back home again yesterday and now all we have to worry about is his kidney function and trying to stave off dialysis as long as possible. They are monitoring him closely. The NHS have been brilliant with him.

As I have said I am going privately with my op (lucky I have the money to do so) which should be done on the 14th November. Will be in discomfort/pain until then but I won’t have to wait well over 6months and getting worse all the time had I stuck with the NHS. That despite being the highest priority after cancer patients. With any luck should be over it by Christmas.

Have told family and friends now that we are less worried about my husband.

BP has substantially come back down thank goodness. A/Fib not as bad as it was.

Very grateful for this forum.

Thx

Glad he is. mine is recovering from a broken femur but is getting around now. These things come to try us don't they?

They certainly are. Difficult when they cannot do things and are not happy.

Still the sun is shining here and I have got a whole lot of gardening and herb picking and drying, as well as gardening done.
