Has anyone tried potato juice?

I have been going through a book called Swiss Nature Doctor who talks about the benefits of Potato juice. I looked it up online and it seems quite amazing.

Its great for the heart, for the gut, for hair, even for arthritis/gout, cancer & in Switzerland people used it to cure Hepatitis.

I am quite shocked at the benefits of it.

You have to be wary not to juice green or ones with sprouts and it doesn't taste great but it's the first time I hear about it and there are so many articles on how good it is.

In some cases it can cause some gastro issues so read up about it first but wanted to know if anyone drinks it on a regular basis?

Here's just one article that talks about it preventing heart attacks and cancer.

Ah yes, Vogel's bread, I remember it from my "faux hippy"🤔 days. Still sold in supermarkets. Go figure! "Brewers Yeast", back in the day too, ugh! but I think I would struggle with potato juice. Didn't they experiment with fermented potatoes as a fuel for cars? Or is it that I've already consumed too much potato juice. 🤔
