I have a pacemaker and still get bi and trigeminy, pacing checks clearly show it. They just keep saying it’s ok as the pm will kick in with the pauses but it doesn’t feel like it !

Try the slow deep breathing trick which works so well for many of us.
Use your diaphragm not shoulders and slowly breath in pulling down as far as possible, Then out pushing your stomach tight against your spine. Slow breathing to less than 6 breaths a minute for at least five minutes. (with practise you can get even slower. )
I get spells of them, PVCs and PACs, in couplets and triplets. In bed at night just after I lay myself down they can be very troublesome, maybe every fifth beat. I was told that they are generally harmless. I take daily bisoprolol 1.25mg for them and the occasional AF I get, and that has helped but not a great deal. I guess you are already taking a beta blocker?
