Does your loved one have heart failure?

If you are a caregiver, partner or family member of someone who is experiencing heart failure and live in Australia? Then you may be able to help.

The University of Canberra, Australia is seeking volunteers to participate in a research project.

You will be expected to participate in an interview, to discuss issues relating to your social and emotional needs, relationships quality and overall wellbeing.

If you would like to participate or require further details, please contact our Patient Services Team at info@afa.org.uk

Please include your full contact name and email address \ contact number and CONSENT to share details with the study provider.
