Never, never, never. I was warned off Sotolol by an eminent EP but accept that for some it may be helpful but I am interested that you are not interested in saying anything else other than you love it.

I have Sotalol as a 'pip'. Used twice in 2 years. I crunched it and put it under my tongue. I felt it 'hit' and it works within 40 minutes. Then just left to feel a bit 'flattened' for about 8 hours.
