Jump in quickly for this one. It starts today.

I've watched this guy's courses on health before - they are very good. This one is about heart health and is a must-watch. You'll receive a couple of emails a day reminding you when the webinar begins. At the end of the course just click unsubscribe.

Now each video will be left on to watch for a very limited period (maybe about 15 hours). You'll receive a link to do this by email. Click it and you can watch the repeat. Be warned though they take them down when they say they will.

Doctors will give the talks. Now they will offer you an upsell to have lifetime access to the videos. Don't waste your money (unless you want to and you think the content is good). I suggest having a pen and paper handy to write down bullet points which are of interest. Then the whole course will be totally free and not cost you a penny.

It starts at about 4 am UK time. I don't know about you lot but I'm not sitting up until that time. I like my bed too much. I'll watch it first thing in the morning when the replay link has been sent with my morning coffee.

PS. Just to be perfectly clear - I am in no way affiliated with these guys or have any business interests with them whatsoever. I personally suggest you don't upgrade and then the whole thing is free. This thread is purely posted as I feel it will be of benefit to members. You are not 'buying me a coffee' (I think a few members misunderstood that post). I have no personal financial gain from this in any way shape or form. I'm writing this so there aren't any misunderstandings about my motives for posting the thread. I also recommend you check with your doctor first if you decide to apply any of the actions recommended in the course.

Edit - again I just want to emphasize the recommendations should NOT be implemented without consulting with your doctor first. They are not intended to replace your doctor's or cardio's advice.
