Sorry didn't ask sooner. I moved to London recently and was looking for a cardiac exercise group? I have heart failure due to past heart attack and cardiac arrest 10 years ago, ny ejection fraction of 40. I'm mostly on a plant based diet with added fish. Any help would be great thanks. P.S. I'm not 28- Over 60!!

Sorry to hear about your heart issues. Perhaps you might get more help if you asked your question on the BHF (British Heart Foundation) Forum. You can join this community and Post there by using the search option at the top of the page.

PS. My first reply was intended to be a joke, as Ardbeg is a famous Whiskey, and the 28 year old vintage would indeed be a mind boggling "friend/assistant". I wish I was so lucky.

Thanks ozziebob yes BHF website may be best. Oops I should’ve known about the whisky in Islay as I’m a Scot!

How you managed to call yourself Ardbeg28 without knowing it was a single malt Islay whiskey is beyond me. You must be"possessed" by that particular "spirit". And looking online, bottles of 28 year old Ardbeg are priced at £3500-5000 !!!!!

I really do wish you were a member of the Ardbeg family and in line to inherit a few bottles, and older ones too. Think of the advertising you are giving them.
