I don't contribute much to the forum much these days but do read them. When first diagnosed over 10 years ago I found so much help and reassurance from HU. I'm sure others feel the same. Pat

Yes, it was so comforting to find people who really understood just how dreadful AF could make you feel and tell you ways they'd been helped.
I'll be forever grateful for someone I knew, years ago, telling me about this forum.
Totally agree. I still read through posts daily and occasionally post replies because I know how much of a difference it can make to others. Finding the forums initially was so reassuring that I wasn't going through this alone.
I totally agree. When I have any worry relating to my AF HealthUnlocked is the first thing I Google.
me too. I don’t completely know what’s the matter with my heart yet, occasional racing/ectopic beats which come and go. Just working with diet and alcohol (sadly Prosecco seems to set ‘it’ off, but not red wine) to see what happens. I have a frontier X chest strap to try and catch the episodes. Anyway, it is great to be able to read what people have written here even if I haven’t much to contribute. So thanks to all of you.
I am very grateful for this forum too. I don't contribute much because I have been most fortunate in that after being diagnosed seven years ago my AF episodes have been well controlled and have never become worse so I have very little experience that I can pass on. But I read it every day to keep abreast of treatments as of course everything might change for me.
