It’s not unusual for cardiologists to not be too concerned about PVCs generally as treatments to ease them will be limited. Are you taking meds already?
Unfortunately the more worried you get, the worse the PVCs can become. Long, slow, deep breathing to help reduce stress can in turn help decrease the number and some people do benefit from medications such as Beta Blockers and antiarrythmics.
I also have Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. Had an ablation in 2020 for afib and that appears to be stable. Wore monitor recently and had lots of PVCs. Cardiologist is not that concerned but is having me try Magnesium Taurate. Have taken for a few days and believe there is a change for the better. I do not take any medications except apixaban.
In the meantime, take deep breaths and work on the stress.
