chest and throat pressure

Has anyone had the experience of pressure in the chest and up into throat during light exercising in a water class? Scared me. I do have PAF

the water will put pressure on your chest and perhaps that's what you can feel? Perhaps check with GPn or Afib nurse? Keep exercising though, it's good for you 🤣🤣

That sounds like angina to me. My similar symptoms upon exercising resulted in angiogram and stenting.
