I was posting and I hit something and the whole post vanished so if you see a post from me and it seemed to sound strange its because I didn’t get to finish. Just ignore. Thank you

Happens to me all the time, especially when the dog jumps up on to my laptop! I have found that CTRL Z for 'undo' often helps, particularly when a whole lot of text has disappeared... and you can undo with it in many things, and 'redo' with CTRL Y. Try it next time it happens,

It happens to me sometimes, it's so annoying! Is usually when you've poured heart and soul into a post and think you've expressed something really well.

Jean, I was actually replying to you regarding the chemicals that find their way into out bodies and that it triggers the AFIB. I had a flavored water and that triggered me. For those like us we have to keep it simple. I learned years ago that I don’t have both pathways to clear out the toxins so that is an issue as to why that it is difficult. Plus I deal with low blood sugar so I can’t just not eat which is what I really would like to do at times. Vacations become difficult when always having to eat out. Pot luck and social events I just don’t eat anything.
