Nebivolol (Glenmark)

There are a lot of problems obtaining Nebivolol at the moment.

I have the added problem that I can only tolerate Glenmark or Noumed brands.

I just wondered what brands others are able to get. At the moment I have been offered Medreich which I cannot tolerate. I have tried various pharmacies in the area and most cannot supply and Nebivolol at all.

I am down to 1 week supply of Glenmark and I have 1 pack of Teva, but they cause missed beats and ectopics. Unfortunately, in my case some brands cause more problems than they fix.

Would be interested to hear how others are getting on with this.

Like you I prefer to have certain brands of tablets, but just lately Boots (who never used to find any problems with this) have been having trouble getting some of the makes I like. I investigated the Companies supplies myself and yes, they couldn't provide them. For the time being I've given up worrying about it. There really is nothing we can do about it. It's very annoying when you know that they won't work as efficiently.

Thanks for your reply. I am intolerant to some of the fillers. So for me it could mean severe nausea that I can only ease by eating. Some of the tablets actually cause my heart to act up as well.

Anti nausea medication is not an option, it actually makes me worse.

I hate not having the pills I like, yes the fillers have an effect on me too, also the colouring. If I take highly coloured tablets at night they keep me awake, especially blue or reddish ones.

Most meds are Teva now and i dont like the levothyroxine teva.Im sure it causes arrythmia the wockhard i ysed to have was fine.I have asked to be prescribed different thyroxine but we cant seem to get it in my area.
