low oxygen saturation

So I'm 5weeks post ablation for AF. Managed to start walking again, and have built up to doing 2x 8mile walks this week with a couple of three mile dog stomps . I was wiped out for a day after each long walk,so obviously maybe walks were too long and I should have walked less. However today my oxygen levels are squiffy, and going from normal 95% keep dipping to 89%. Does this sound normal, post procedure ithings watch saying no AFib.

I’m guessing you haven’t read the ‘Recovering from an ablation’ fact sheet? Summary: Listen to your body and don’t push it. I’m guessing you are used to long walks so don’t think that is excessive but your body does at the moment.
