AF Association Tai Chi \ Qigong Study

Do you have AF and are based in the UK?

If you don’t have any other underlying health conditions that could impact your ability to exercise, could you follow an online exercise regime via zoom?

We have been approached by the Liverpool Centre for Cardiovascular Science to recruit candidates to join a study aimed at developing a suitable set of Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises appropriate for people with atrial fibrillation.

You must be over 18 and will be required to take part in a 12-week online intervention of Tai Chi and QiGong exercises for the research into the benefits of appropriate exercise for individuals with atrial fibrillation.

For further details on how you can help, please contact our Patient Services Team at your earliest convenience by emailing patientservices@heartrhythmalliance.org with the subject “Tai Chi \ Qigong Study”.
