Could someone please tell me the best coconut milk for AF and electrolytes. As far as I can see there is tinned for cooking and some in cartons. I just want to get the right one.

Coconut water is what you need. You should get one without additives especially sugar substitutes.
I looked in M&S & theirs contained B6 and another vitamin but couldn’t see electrolytes. Do you mean the large carton and where can I buy it?
I drink a glass of the Vita Natural Coconut Water with my breakfast each morning, available from Tesco (and other supermarkets I expect). It is clear and tasty. I tried the "pressed" version which is cheaper but not to my taste.
Is that in a carton and what part of Tesco is it stocked? Do you think it helps your AF? I already have magnesium tabs that Jeannie recommended. My AF is controlled by max dose of Sotolol plus Apixaban but I get quite a few ectopics and a few AF breakthroughs so thought the extra help of coconut water may help
Coconut water is what comes out if you puncture a whole coconut, it's the water inside. You will generally find it in a carton on the chilled drinks aisle of a supermarket.
Coconut milk is something quite different, this is pressed from the white flesh inside a coconut and is tinned and usually used in cooking
I usually look for Innocent Coconut Water in the supermarket because I know it contains no additives.
It's quite expensive, but if you have a quick search online you can see which supermarket has it on offer

Just tried my coconut water 🤢 I don’t like it!
Thank you so much everyone for your advice. I’ve just bought some. (Innocence on offer in Sainsburys) You’ve all been very helpful.
I remember being in Kerala and a guy climbed a huge coconut tree to get the nuts down. He opened them with a machete then gave me one to drink it was amazing plus the flesh was soft and gelatinous nothing like fresh coconut you buy in the uk. Didn’t realise they where so good for putting electrolytes into your system but did wonder why we both seemed to be coping with the heat and upset tummy’s so much better than others. I’m of to the shops to buy some coconut water, bet it won’t taste the same as when sitting watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean.
There is no requirement to like it; you aren't drinking it for the pleasure of doing so! And as you know, the more you try something, the more your pallette gets used to it.For those lucky enough to have membership at Costco, you can buy a large tray of 330ml (glass-sized) cartons of Kirkland organic coconut water. I get these and put them in the fridge.
