Just getting ready to leave for London this afternoon. Luckily my neice and her husband have said they will meet me at Paddington and take me out to dinner this evening so I won't have to sit too long in the Travel Lodge on my own. How kind! (They both work in London)
I hope to be back home on Thursday evening and back on here Friday to report.

Hi Bob, i had my pacemaker fitted by the same Trust but in Harefield in 2014. It took them longer than expected but then again, being left handed they decided to put the PM on my right side which makes it more complex to position the leads. My AF only started in 2018 and the PM helps to keep an eye on episodes since it records any AF runs in its memory. You will now have a built-in monitor at no extra cost ! Hope all goes well.

Of course we all have choices based on our own attitudes to risk and what makes life worth...
the day before yesterday and on my second day at home. As others have shared here, I've had...
regular slow AF and reverted back the next day yesterday the same scenario and back into normal...
