Good Morning Everyone, well that was a very strange day, after waking up with HR at 120 took 200mg as told to and HR dropped down to 49. I though OK don’t panic do a few chores it came back up went for a little walk with Shola my one dog who has been giving me the dead eye for three days. Had an early supper and I think I am out of AF nice steady heartbeat and it is 70 this morning. That had hung on in there since yesterday afternoon. I thought I was going to be in hospital last night sorted dog sitters had my bag packed. But I’m still here in my own bed having my breakfast, love to you all. Hope everyone has a reasonably good day. X

Hi Gillybean, glad that your heart has settled down and you had a good nights sleep. I presume you have Flecainide as your PIP, it does the job well. Take care, Jackie xx

What a nice - and nicely told - story. I'm not a dog person but your dog sounds exceptionally special!

What normally causes you to go to A&E and what do the doctors do to you there? I'm lucky, so far, that a small dose of bisoprolol sorts things out or things self-correct.
