You can google Chads2vasc2 for full details but it is a scoring system to decide if anticoagulants are required for stroke prevention in people with AF.
It gives a number for a set of co-morbidities such as congestive heart disease, hypertension, age, diabetes and prior stroke (the stroke counts 2)
